Why should anyone follow Obama after he pardoned anyone in the military who was involved in torture cases?

they have made it so such abuses against humanity aren't allowed to be pursued anymoreWhy should anyone follow Obama after he pardoned anyone in the military who was involved in torture cases?
constitutionally speaking, he had no say in the matter either way.

Article 1, section 9Why should anyone follow Obama after he pardoned anyone in the military who was involved in torture cases?
First, he didn't pardon them. Second, the decision has been made not to prosecute because the Bush administration had assured these people, in writing, that they weren't breaking the law. If Obama went after these people, it would be like retroactive lawmaking. However. Attorney General Holder is leaving the door open for prosecuting the high-level people.
Because if you think about it, the Abu Ghraib prison indecent happened on Bush watch. he didn't do anything to help the soldiers that were sent to prison, but then turned around and said it was ok to torture. so, If it was OK, why did they put the military personnel in prison for torturing Iraqis? fair is fair.
He hasn't said anything about this. Why should anybody else.
And you liked Bush more?
