What have Sotomayor's positions been in cases and rulings involving eminent domain?

As a judge on the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, Sotomayor ruled on eminent domain in Brody v. Port Chester (panel held that New York's eminent domain law deprived the property owner of due process notice, and that when the law provides a short time frame to institute a challenge to a condemnation, the government has an obligation to provide express notice of the time frame), Didden v. Village and several others. You can see the case briefs here, each had different issues of law.
