Court cases in 2008 using the exclusionary rule?

For my adjudication process class, I need to write summaries of the two cases occurring last year (2008) involving a violation of the 4th amendment through unreasonable search and seizure. An example of this would be Arizona v. Gant,No. 07鈥?42. Argued October 7, 2008鈥擠ecided April 21, 2009. (one of the 2 we need to summarize) but I can't find the other one... does anyone know what the other case is?
