For my adjudication process class, I need to write summaries of the two cases occurring last year (2008) involving a violation of the 4th amendment through unreasonable search and seizure. An example of this would be Arizona v. Gant,No. 07鈥?42. Argued October 7, 2008鈥擠ecided April 21, 2009. (one of the 2 we need to summarize) but I can't find the other one... does anyone know what the other case is?

LAGUNA (Renault) 1.9tdi how can I avoid the turbo/engine blowing up like many cases I have heard of?
Just purchase 1.9tdi Laguna 1999, and have read and been told horror stories of the turbos and engines blowing up and costing a fortune to replace.
Any tip or advice to prevent this happening will of course be gratefully received. There does seem to be a lot of complaints about this problem which is a shame as it seem a nice car.

Keep motor at idle for about 1 minute when you stop at the end of your trip. It will help the turbo to cool down.
keep oil clean all the time, a diesel engine is best to replace oil every 7500km. and also the filter.
Other wise just treat it with respect and don't drive the shi%26amp; out of it. It is a diesel and not a racing car.

We had NO problems with the engine. NONE, not a moments bother.
Just like any Renault, if you keep it serviced, it will work for you. Simple as.
I miss my goona-a bent gear selector was the reason we had to let her go. The guy that bought her fixed her for 拢16 (Plus three full days of his own labour), and she is still going strong, looing, and sounding sh it hot!

Why do PA residents allow the Courts to conduct pre-trial conferences with lawyers only in divorce cases ?
Plaintiff's and defendants are prohibited from attending case conferences as well as pre-trial conferences. There is currently no law on the books which would indicate that the parties' are precluded from such conferences. Pursuant to rule 2402 (a) parties need not be present and attorneys should have the consent of their client to attend these conferences and enter into negotiations. When I engaged the services of an attorney, I did so under the expectation that the attorney would accompany and represent me at any and all court proceedings. These frank discussions are often very helpful in the resolution of a case, and end up saving clients a substantial amount of money, because the attorney can come out of the conference and offer more precise advice...which, of course, the client is free to take - or disregard.
Clients are always advised fully and there always is an on the record, in court session before anything of substance is decided.
If that didn't happen in your case, it may be grounds for appeal.

I keep all of my CDs and DVDs in binders to conserve space and to be able to build up my music and movie collections, but I am left with dozens and dozens of plastic cases.

My husband has been fighting work comp for four years, it finally got to a judge in May who awarded him the maximum for permanent total disability. Of course work comp appealed that to the appeals board, his lawyer argued on the 11th of August and today he received a letter with his award on it. Then in a little plastic shot glass you put the amaretto.. Then when your ready you drop it in (plastic and all) and chug it back. It tastes exactly like Dr.Pepper! And they are fun to do in group shots.

I have friend sick with cancer. They give radiation and chemo to the patient. Then that person had two operations. Alot of money was spent. Now they send that person to a nutritionist. My son has a cancer that doubles itself in 28 days. The only effective treatment is chemotherapy, surgery, and possibly radiation. All else fails to stop the cancer from growing.
Nutrition in his case is to keep him healthy so that he can fight the cancer. Since cancer tumors are part of the human body (the body does not recognize it as foreign) it receives the same nutrition that the rest of the body does. You not only wind up making your body strong, you make the cancer strong too. My son eats anything that he wants (mostly pizza) and has for two and a half years. Doctors treat the whole patient, not just the cancer. WHY did they refer yourfrient to a nutritionist.

1. Start taking B17
2. Stop taking sugar (artificially).
3. Alkaline Body system- The aim is to stop metastasis
of cancer. Alkaline body system (high pH) increases celluar oxygen by 20 folds that cripple cancer cells. Cancer cells spread anaerobically. Minerals of bio-availability strengthen NK cells in your immune system to stop cancer cells from spreading. This will leave a smaller area of cancer cells for the B17 to kill.
Also, consider start taking something like below :

Should you experience nausea, reduce your dosage to half and slowly increase until your body acclimatizes. Reduce it to half after 6-12 months. Taking B17 Nitrilosides should be continuous until 130 years old.
2. Start taking enzyme: Papain (from Pineapple) %26amp; Bromelain (from Papaya)-These proteolytic enzyme helps to digest protein layer of a tumor that protect cancer cells. This will expose cancer cells to allow B17 to act and kill.

richness of beta-carotene (precursor of vitamin A) which is
cancer -suppressive.

Creative ways to decorate with cd cases?
I'm redoing my room and I'm trying to find a creative and cool way to decorate my room with all my empty cd cases. I have a bunch of empty cd cases because I keep my cds in a cd wallet thing. So, does anyone have any ideas?Creative ways to decorate with cd cases?

Then attach them in a pleasing arrangement ( such as three, five or seven across and down ) on a sheet of colored foam core board and use as a wall hanging. If that's too girly, you can use the white glue to create a reverse decoupage technique to apply copies of favorite photos, magazine pictures ( dream vacation sites?) crinkled colored or printed tissue paper, old sheet music....anything that reflects your interests or personal taste.Creative ways to decorate with cd cases?

I look at death as a start of something rather than the end of something. Since death is inevitable, it is better to focus on your living rather than your dying. We are meant to enjoy our lives and are designed to sustain anything that happens in our lives. You know the saying - humans do not come with manuals? That is because we have a ';help'; button in our DNA that most of us forget to use. We are nature's greatest miracle and we continue to forget this fact. If you believe in an afterlife, then you are set - you will have another chance to live a better life. However, if you do not believe in the afterlife, then truly focus on your present life and make it as enjoyable as possible. I believe in the ';50/50 Rule'; - every decision crossroad we come to is a 50/50 chance and even in Poker, those are good odds! i'd like to think that i'm certainly in the minority when i say i've accepted it and welcome it. Granted i deal with issues, i'm looking forward to my demise. It doesn't bother me at all. The only time it scares me is when it relates to one of my best friends. He is morbidly obese, and every day, i am so scared that i'm going to get a call that says he died of a heart attack.

i'd like to think that i'm certainly in the minority when i say i've accepted it and welcome it. Granted i deal with issues, i'm looking forward to my demise. It doesn't bother me at all. There are a lot of publications containing criminal cases and case law, but I doubt very highly that any publisher is going to spend the money necessary to publicate every criminal case of ANY jurisdiction.
There are way too many cases that are way too similar for them to be given any diferrential treatment.

There are a lot of publications containing criminal cases and case law, but I doubt very highly that any publisher is going to spend the money necessary to publicate every criminal case of ANY jurisdiction.
There are way too many cases that are way too similar for them to be given any diferrential treatment.

For example, if you are given that there are 142 ';AA'; individuals, 303 ';Aa'; individuals, and 127 ';aa'; individuals, you can count the alleles to eventually calculate what q^2 equals. Why then, does q^2 not equal 127/(142+303+127)?

Two reasons: experimental error/sampling error due to the fact that your population is very small and/or the fact that q^2 predicts the frequency of recessive homozygotes in the *next* generation, not the current generation (unless the population is already in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium).
You noted that you can get q^2 to equal what you expect if you choose numbers carefully. In your simple example, if the number of individuals in the population is 4 and there is 1 dominant homozygote, 2 heterozygotes, and 1 recessive homozygote. Therefore, for the allele frequencies, the recessive allele has a frequency of 4/8 = 1/2, thus the dominant allele also has a frequency of 1/2. Mathematically, this will work out easily to give a value of q^2 = 1/4, 2pq = 1/2 and p^2 = 1/4, since the values were carefully chosen.
However, in a real-world sample, the numbers might not be so easily chosen and so you have to go with the numbers and see that they are fairly close and be okay with that and just assume sampling error, OR, the numbers may be exact for the current generation and q^2 may give you a different number because it is based on the probability that two recessive alleles come together in an individual and thus, the frequency of recessive homozygous individuals may be different in the next generation after a round of random mating. The situation depends on whether or not you believe it was the small sample size that gave you the numbers or whether it was non-random mating that gave you numbers that don't fit the Hardy-Weinberg equation, and that the Hardy-Weinberg equation numbers will come out as expected in the next generation after a round of random mating.

I need to find a reliable public access information web site for Massachusetts (Beverly/salem/peabody/worchester and so on). Any links would be great. Maybe he'll do that after a World Series is played in Chicago, Minnesota (they're moving to an outdoor park, yes, in Minneapolis) or a city like that. We saw how bad the November weather treated the World Series in Philly two years in a row.
