So when the majority of people get their season/H1N1 vaccines & there's only a few cases will vacc get credit?

I am not sure exactly what your question is? There is clear evidence that vaccination against influenza in appropriate populations reduces the morbidity and mortality associated with influenza. There is no doubt that pharmaceutical companies will make a profit from the vaccine, but that's what happens in a capitalist society. My responsibility is to look out for the best interest of my patients.
