Ok to do abortion in cases of incest or rape?

I read on the news that a teenage daughter was raped and impregnated by her own sick father! wud it have been ok to have an abortion in this type of case?Ok to do abortion in cases of incest or rape?
You do not need to ask others whether it is okay to have an abortion, it is your own free choice. If you ask others all you'll get is a bunch of heavily biased answers based on those people's beliefs. What do you believe? In my opinion I think the girl being raped by her father, it would be a good thing to have an abortion. But it is her decision, not anyone else's.Ok to do abortion in cases of incest or rape?
I absolutely believe that in cases of rape or incest abortion should be allowed. In cases of incest, the baby will have the potential to have developmental or physical deformities because the baby is getting its DNA from two related people. In cases of rape, the baby is formed during a violent act. The mother may be further tramatized by being forced to carry this child that she did not want in the first place. She was forced against her will to have sex and then to force her to carry her rapists child is just wrong. Also, is it fair to that child? Because when they grow up, they will want to know who daddy is and why mommy can't love them like other mommys love their children. How would anyone tell that kid that they were formed during a horrible, violent, dehumanizing act? That will mess with the kids mind in ways we will never know. So I think the option for abortion in both cases is necessary. The girl should be able to choose since she wasn't given the opportunity to have sex in the first place.
