I am looking for cases in san antonio, texas. my sister has been diagnosed with a serious lung problem that presumably comes from a form of asbestos exposure. the building in specific is; The Nix in the Westside Professional Building downtown san antonio. i'm primarily curious to know if there have been other cases that stem from this building.Can anybody tell me if there is a web site that reports cases of asbestos exposure.?
It would be very hard to pin point a certain place for exposure, up until a certain point asbestos was used in almost all buildings, many homes and buildings still have asbestos floor tiles in them too. Just thought Id mention that, lawsuits are expensive, and without listing all possibilities, its unfail to single out one building and try to blame them. You will have to look at every school ever attended, day cares, stores, apts, homes, garages, Drs offices, dentists, it was every where.
