no its a matter of public record unless a judge seals it...usually the paper/news has the good taste not to but printing the parents name often give the info,,Is there a law that prevents newspapers from printing the names of children involved in molestation cases?
More often than not - it's a policy that newspapers follow to protect the privacy of minors.
They are already a victim - they shouldn't be victimized more by printing their names.
