California specifically. Say if the death/infected toll rises to about 20 (which I hope it doesn't) in SoCal, will school districts be prompted to close down until it gets better? Will schools close if Swine Flu cases rise in the US?
It probably will depend on what actions the school thinks is necessary for the welfare of the children. If it is a handful of cases then most likely no. But if a significant percent is getting sick due to swine then closures could be a reality. As for your Grandma stay in close contact with her on the phone especially after her flight/drive if she feels sick then that is reason for concern. Will schools close if Swine Flu cases rise in the US?
If there is a serious out break and kids are getting real sick then yes the schools could close.
Your grandma could bring it back because of all the people she is in contact with and being enclosed in an airplane.
Just pray that God will keep his hands on you, your grandma, your family and your friends.
I dont know about the schools but if your grandma is coming back from what people know she should definetly get checked out for it asap be it in california or mexico or whatever she needs to be checked
