How to make sure my muffins don't stick on the cases?

Either use muffincups or spray them with PAMHow to make sure my muffins don't stick on the cases?
Do you mean that you are using paper liners already? Don't use them.

Use a non-stick muffin pan, then spray with something like PAM....

I prefer bakers secret...it is like pam, but has flour in the spray...ideal for cakes.

If you are making muffins with fruit, the sugars inevitably caramelize, and make the muffins stick. You'll need to run a plastic knife around the edge to loosen them up before dumping the muffins out.How to make sure my muffins don't stick on the cases?
use a silicone baking tray .for metal ones let the muffins cool a little and then tip them out.i always use muffin papers and mine only stick where they've over flowed the top .run a spatula under the edges gently then wiggle a knife around the paper gently to loosen.try to make them a little drier don't use to much liquid
Im really not sure why this happens.Ive even used pam on the inside of the paper holders. cupcakes are pretty much the same as a muffin and I never have a problem with removing them from the wrapper.and I know that the next day if you unwrap a muffin they dont stick or tear apart. So im thinking that it is a heat issue, you serve cupcakes cold .no problem! you serve muffins hot , theres a problem! serve a cold muffin ,No problem!

what ive done is go back to using the muffin tins without the wrappers.Yes they are a pain to wash, but if you use enough cooking spray ,they come out nice ,you can serve them hot and you dont tear off half of the bottom getting them out of the wrapper.

Who cares if muffins stick to the cases it's what they do. If the recipe is bad, that would be the trouble.
*spray canola oil on them well

*sprinkle flour on the tins

*cut baking paper to the size of the round cases and put them in each tin
You can buy a special cooking spray which you should use 2 spray the tins, or you can use an egg... crack it into a bowl and whip it untill its runny... then use a brush (a brush you use only in the kitchen) and brush the tins with the runny egg... should help keep ur muffins from sticking to the tray... But best bet is the spray... also u can buy the rubber moulded trays! they are better cause u can squeeze out the muffins!
There are silicone muffin cups out now. I just bought a set and the are wonderful - the muffins slip right out.
I cut little parchment paper square and that does the job. Then I brush the forms with a little melted butter.
get some good vegetable oil in a spray can ,spray your muffin forms well with it before you fill them ,that will stop them from sticking ,if You don't have the oil in a spray can ,use a pastry brush inst ed
This is very simple. My muffins never stick. All you have to do is oil (any oil/olive oil is good) or butter the baking tray properly and then put the mixture in and please do not raise the temperature too high, that has probably caused your sticking problem the first time. Keep it at a perfect 180 degrees in the conventional oven and keep on looking through the glass as it becomes done. Give it a try, it is bound to work!
