Before we had a baby, weekly. Now I try to remember to do it, but it usually ends up with when they start to smell gross. Which is just wrong. I need to get back on a laundry schedule again.
weekly... but i have allergies to dust mites so its a must
About every 2 weeks unless my little dog gets on my bed then I do them more often.

Once every 6-7 days. I have sensitive skin and it bugs me if I go longer. And I air dry them outside.

I dont know y do people wash after one week but I wash my kids room's bedsheet after two weeks as these get dirty but honestly my bedroom's I wash after three weeks bcs these doesnt get dirty very soon washing
