They don't. At any given time there are hundreds of lawsuits pending against the United States.
Look, having been in law enforcement all these years, it is a simple thing to understand. If you work at a 711, anyone can follow you and tell where you work. If you drive daily to CIA headquarters, Monday thru Friday, anyone can follow you and tell where you work.
The fact that someone supposedly pointed out Ms Plaime worked for the CIA, is stupid, of course she does, daily driving to Langley to go to work. There is no conspiracy involved in telling anyone she works for the CIA or someone working at a 711.
If I follow you daily to your job, and the local paper says that you work at '; wherever';, is it a violation of any kind??? No it is not.
