the actual question i am answering is, what specific aspects of the Constitution are directly or indirectly threatened by counter or anti terrorism? and where can i find specific situations (supreme court cases or executive orders) which have violated constitutional ammendments, clauses, and articles? What are specific cases or situations in which habeas corpus has been threatened or violated?

This is current.
I would consider detaining an individual without charging him for 20 months a violation of habeas corpus. On top of this, he isn't getting a fair trial at all.
Whats so interesting about this case is that it looks like the award winning AP photographer stumbled onto something far bigger than he knows when he investigated the magistrate in Iraq. For our government to be treating him the way they are, it seems both the Iraqi government and our government have some sort of secret they are hiding that they do not want us to know about. A secret so threatening that they would probably plant evidence in his home.
We very much live in a fascist country. About three to four years ago, three reporters investigating the Bush family commited suicide a couple days apart from each other. The chances of this happening is like a one in a trillion chance, meaning its far more likely they were murdered for a reason such as what they were investigating. Oddly, all the news networks shut up about it after a week or so of reporting. Most likely, the reporters uncovered something highly threatening.
The libs want to extend the US CITIZENS...rights to TERRORISTS....NOT HAPPENING...TO bad so sad....Personally I believe we should treat their people the way they treat ours....A dull knife and a few to hold the person down while they use it on the victim....then put it on TV...
HEY libs where is your outrage over these incidents...you have been so quiet for longer than 20 months....

The problem with fighting terrorism and civil rights is that law hasn't caught up with modern technology. For example, the NSA has black rooms setup at the major internet hubs monitoring ALL electronic communications. Afterall, the Right to Privacy isn't clearly defined in the electronic realm.
